Search Focus – Tighter results over the days with new ‘Ancillary Terms’ section.
‘Sentiment’ – We can now measure the sentiment of each post so you can now have a main keyword plus other words which will alert you in different colours or positions allowing you, for example, to see good reviews over bad ones, at a glance.
Alert Triggers – Advanced matching so that exact match phrases can be put in with ancillary terms. This ensures accuracy and appropriateness of your searches.
Improved interface – It’s now easier to use with tooltips and a cleaner, more intuitive look and feel.
NEW ‘Lite’ version of the programme with keyword limit – Some people were happy with just using a few keywords instead of the ability to use unlimited keywords and phrases and so, to this end, we have introduced a new lighter version at a low monthly fee.
Email Alerts Target – emails alerting you to any new reviews about your business or any mentions, can now be directed to a particular person or department depending on the type of post found by the search system. So, all bad reviews can be sent to a separate email address from general ‘mentions’, for example.
